Shamanism is an old tradition which was practiced and nurtured by the first Americans, whom of which I do cannot recall their title, prior to the arrival of the outsiders, as well as prior to its assumed renaming by the Italian, Amerigo Vespucci.

Shamans were supposedly very much able to converse with plant and animal spirits and this in itself is remarkable and seemingly, unnatural, but, what is really natural?

I would say that anything that is of the earth is natural, and these ancient people were surely a people of nature.
