Anyone who has basic understanding of Mayan astrology will be amazed at how they were able to exactly compute things like the number of days in one year, considering that they do not have the scientific tools we have today.

The centerpiece of their beliefs, however, is their computation of the end of the world--in 2012. Sounds believable?
