Why are some people just so lucky?
You've probably asked yourself this question many times already. No matter how hard we try to make everything as objective as we can, it's just difficult not to see that some people are just darn more lucky than others.
I know a couple of people who are not only rich, but also good-looking and intelligent. I mean, what are the chances of acquiring three of the most desired traits at the same time? He could get any woman he desires because of his good looks and intelligence, while other people there are having a difficult time finding a partner.
Similarly, I also noticed that some people could just get away with nearly everything. They just make the perfect timing for everything, may it be a right time to execute a task poorly while in work or a right time to ask a favor from a superior.
But what is luck? Why do some people have it when some people do not appear to have it? Why are some people given more opportunities to be successful? Well, the answers differ from person to person, but if there's one thing I understood from these people, it's that these people, who look lucky and all, worry less and enjoy more about life. They try to put anxieties away and put everything in a positive perspective. Instead of thinking about things that could go wrong, they think about things that could go write about something. They simply enjoy what life has to offer and exude a sense of good fortune, hence the actual luck they're experiencing.
On the contrary, look at the people who are supposed to be unlucky and you will see the difference. The difference in attitudes is just so obvious. Oh I wish changing perspectives was that easy. It entails a lot of work within one's self, but as long as you insist, I'm sure you'll ge there and be lucky like everyone else.
