Toxins and Karma

There are many kinds of yoga developed throughout time, each of which has its own specialty and ways to achieve its goals. There are also some misconceptions about these types.

Basically, what this says is that every intention, idea, and action that you make makes an effect to the universe that will eventually come back to you either in this life or in your next lives. Through a puja, a Hindu may give his thanks and praise to the gods and gurus, much like the Christian prayer.
