'Alchemical Divination'

After defining divination in the world of Harry Potter, I now present you a website that tells us more about divination as defined in the 'real' world.

Much like in the Harry Potter series, divination here is defined here as the inquiry to the future. However, as stated here, it also includes inquiry into one's past (as to cure some illness).

In this particular web page, the concept of alchemical divination is elaborated. Alchemy, as you might have probably known, is "the ancient art and science of elemental transformation". It is considered as the father of chemistry.

So what is alchemical divination? Hmm. Even I am curious to find out.
